  • A cozy styled picnic setup with soft blankets, cushions, and seasonal cottagecore details

  • A personalized herbal tea blend served in vintage teacups

  • A seasonal main dish, petite charcuterie board, and a sweet pastry

  • Gentle background ambience music to enhance the atmosphere

  • A guided creative soulwork activity (based on the add-ons you select)

  • Time for reflection, journaling, or connection in a peaceful natural setting

  • Choose your date and time from our available picnic schedule (location is preset)

  • Complete a short intake form to personalize your experience

  • Select any add-on activities you'd like to include

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot

    • Add-ons will be invoiced to you separately

  • You'll receive a confirmation email with location and picnic details

  • Arrive, check in at the welcome table, and receive your curated basket

This is your invitation to pause, gather, and sip something warm beneath the trees.

What’s Included

Your private experience includes everything in our signature picnic offering, plus a few extra touches made just for your group:

  • A cozy, styled picnic setup at a local park venue in Southeast Wisconsin

  • Personalized herbal tea blend served in vintage teacups

  • A seasonal entrée, petite charcuterie board, and sweet pastry

  • Time for connection and reflection with background ambience music

  • A complimentary tea blend for each guest to take home

  • Set for groups of 2–12 guests. Larger parties available upon request.

May select additional add-ons for additional costs

  • Choose your date and time through our scheduling page

  • You'll be prompted to complete an intake form to customize your experience

  • A $150 base payment secures your picnic

  • Any add-ons selected will be invoiced separately closer to your event date

  • Final guest count and preferences are due 7 days prior to the event

Frequently Asked Questions

What if it rains?

In case of rain or severe weather, guests will be contacted the day before or morning of the event to reschedule. You'll be able to choose a new date that works best for you! I want you to enjoy this experience in the most beautiful and comfortable setting possible.

Can I bring my child?

This experience is designed for guests seeking calm, intentional moments. Children under 2 or over 5 may attend with supervision, depending on their ability to enjoy quiet and creative activities. It’s not recommended for toddlers ages 2–4 due to the nature of the setting and materials. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out!

Is this experience good for introverts?

Yes! This is a soft, quiet experience meant to feel like a personal retreat. Whether you attend alone or with a friend, you’ll have space to reflect, create, and breathe—without pressure to socialize unless you want to.

Can I book for a private group?

Yes! I offer private group packages for birthdays, bridal celebrations, or intentional gatherings. Visit the “Private Picnics” section for details or message me directly to plan something magical.

Are dietary restrictions accommodated?

Absolutely. I offer vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options with advance notice. Just note any restrictions in the reservation form so I can plan accordingly.

Is this wheelchair accessible?

It depends on the location. I’ll always do my best to choose venues with sidewalk access and smooth terrain. Let me know your needs in advance, and I’ll make sure your space is welcoming.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes—if you need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund as long as it’s at least 7 days before your scheduled picnic. If you cancel within 7 days, refunds are not available, but I’m happy to reschedule your experience to a future date. Every picnic is lovingly curated in advance, so I appreciate your understanding!
